Not so much anything to do with the software or technology, but ensuring that our teams have a documented process for how to use it is something we needed to foresee & plan for more efficiently. We neglected to define personas and identify subject matter experts outside our core team.

I wouldn't say I like the limited features and functions. I believe there is little room for improvement, mainly in the functionality, but overall, the product is excellent.

Not going to lie, I was a little lost using this. The possibilities for editing, displaying, and creation are endless. But I'll get the hang of it.
